QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 7-10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Demonstrated success in interim, turnaround, or transitional leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management
• Financial and Accounting ERP system experience (Oracle, M3, Sage, SAP, or similar)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on role with limited supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all accounting, reporting, and financial operations
• Manage monthly close, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Work closely with ownership and executive team on financial strategy
• Lead and support a small accounting/finance team
• Identify process improvements and strengthen financial systems
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and vendors
