INTERIM DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY (DOP) INPATIENT HOSPITAL

Location: Hopkinsville, KY
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Start Date: October 2nd
Assignment Length: 3+ months (while a new DOP is recruited)
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Pharmacy (DOP) to provide leadership at a 194-bed hospital in Hopkinsville, KY. This role is ideal for a seasoned pharmacy administrator with inpatient experience who can oversee operations during a transition period.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Kentucky Pharmacist license (Board of Pharmacy)
• Inpatient hospital and pharmacy leadership experience
• EPIC experience highly preferred (hospital is undergoing a conversion)
• Availability for full-time MondayFriday schedule (potential on-call if staff calls off)
• Ability to complete 25 days of training/orientation prior to start

• Provide overall leadership for pharmacy operations
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians (team of 12 FTE)
• Oversee order entry, pharmacy verification, and Omnicell narcotic audits
• Support EPIC conversion and optimize workflows
• Step into staffing duties as needed based on staffing levels
