PART-TIME | 14-MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE CONTRACT | ON-SITE (TORONTO)

TPH Charitable Office is seeking a part-time Interim Director who is dynamic, organized, and a strategic thinker, someone who can lead with purpose and compassion, while advancing the office’s communications, campaigns, and community impact.
This 14-month part-time contract role (3 days/week) begins in late October or early November 2025 and requires on-site presence at our Toronto office, which is accessible by transit and offers free parking.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chair, the Interim Director will oversee the Charitable Office’s operations, staff, and campaigns. You’ll play a key role in fostering relationships with internal teams and external partners, while supporting the Chair. This is a unique opportunity to lead meaningful work that supports communities across Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and mentor two direct reports, including planning and leading weekly team meetings.
  • Manage national and local charitable campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of a monthly internal newsletter.
  • Collaborate with TPH Head Office staff, Executive Team, and Branch Managers and team members across Canada.
  • Build and maintain relationships with charitable organizations and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain key documents and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the Chair and Head Office in implementing efficient administrative and financial systems and processes.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chair.
