Reports to: CFO About the Role We are seeking an experienced Interim E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels during a transitional period. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify and ticketing systems, ensuring seamless operations, excellent customer experience, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates. Oversee ticketing platform operations for events, ensuring accurate setup, smooth transactions, and timely reporting. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns, optimize SEO, and manage digital advertising. Analyze ecommerce metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates) and prepare performance reports for leadership. Ensure compliance with payment gateways, security standards, and data protection regulations. Provide training and support to internal teams on ecommerce and ticketing processes. Requirements Proven experience managing Shopify ecommerce platforms. Hands-on experience with ticketing systems Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, UX, and digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in event-based businesses or organizations with ticketing needs. Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor site adjustments.
