We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead to join our team on a contract basis in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role requires a strategic financial leader who excels in managing budgets, analyzing cash flow, and overseeing month-end closing processes. If you are a skilled and detail-oriented individual with expertise in accounting principles and leadership, we invite you to apply. This is a 3-month contract position. 100% ONSITE in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Interim Finance Lead (contract position):Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage month-end closing processes and ensure timely reporting of financial results.
  • Lead payroll operations and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Generate accurate journal entries and maintain comprehensive financial records.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial planning with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of budget processes and cash flow analysis.
  • Expertise in month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
