Based: London, hybrid 3 days a week
Duration: 6 months fixed term contract
Reporting to: Interim Deputy CFO
Works with: Finance Team

Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interim Finance Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of three critical finance transformation initiatives:

  • Global Payroll Provider Rollout
  • Enhanced Financial Reporting via Power BI
  • Implementation of a Purchase Order (PO) Tool

This role will work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution, leveraging Business Central (ERP) and HiBob (HRIS).

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Key tasks include:

  • Project Support & Coordination

    • Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones across all three initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Payroll Transformation


    • Support the global rollout of a new payroll provider, ensuring data integrity between HiBob and Business Central.

    • Assist with testing, validation, and documentation of payroll processes.
    • Power BI Reporting


      • Collaborate with finance teams to identify reporting needs and develop dashboards in Power BI.

      • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports, drawing from Business Central and other sources.
      • PO Tool Rollout


        • Support the implementation of a new Purchase Order tool, including process mapping, user training, and change management.

        • Ensure seamless integration with Business Central and alignment with procurement policies.
        • Change Management & Training


          • Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops to support adoption.

          • Act as a point of contact for user queries and feedback during rollout phases.
