We are breaking new ground for the entire grocery trade through our darkstores business. In our darkstores we store thousands of products to ensure that our customers can do their weekly shopping and get it delivered to their door in less than 30mins after placing their order. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO The scope of the role is broad and covers everything from highly strategic decisions to very hands-on tasks such as assortment workshops, negotiating with suppliers and wholesalers to doing the monthly performance materials. You are responsible for foodora markets customer offering which means: what meets the customer when opening the app. In more details. you (and your team) are responsible for conversion, site performance overall, assortment, price, campaigns, average basket value, items per order, price levels balanced with profitability measures, promotions such as samplings and all other non-margin revenues, and our external collaborations. P&L responsibility for Commercial revenues & costs. Leading our category management and pricing strategies Plan, host and develop our annual talk-of-the-town “Supplier Day” You have an essential role in our Management team, contributing to the overall strategic direction, day-to-day decisions and ensuring the commercial aspect in all decisions made Coach, lead, set and track developments for the Commercial team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders from other functions such as the operations -, logistics -, marketing -, product and finance team and take actions to drive the business forward Collaborate with Delivery Hero’s regional and central teams as well as sister companies across Europe. Answering up to the regional team on how we perform on the local KPI scorecards, and set & follow up on action plans to reach the targets YOU ARE Leadership/coaching - Leadership skills - For you it’s a no-brainer to lead by example, your leadership skills will be crucial in this role! Independent - You take full ownership for your work by taking your own initiatives and making sure you and the team move forward, forward and forward! You are used to leading in an environment where you need to balance the needs and expectations of multiple departments and stakeholders. You have a university degree within business or economics or a long experience of work that have given you similar experience You have 7+ years experience in a managing role with budget ownership & team leadership Familiarity with category management and strategies You have experience from collaboration and stakeholder management in an international context You have professional knowledge of excel/google sheets and powerpoint and are confident on stage. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing
