Job Profile:
Since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors has established itself as the UK’s leading residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. To put this into perspective, we conduct over one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ more than 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats, including Northern Ireland. This extensive network allows us to offer nationwide coverage while also providing invaluable local knowledge.
We’re part of the LSL Property Services Group PLC, which includes household names Your Move and Reeds Rains as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assisting the Data Product Director with the daily operations of an expanding data function while contributing to the broader strategy of a key growth area.
• Establish Data Management and Governance programmes and drive data ownership into the business.
• Develop, lead and implement plans that will roll out the Data Management and Governance Programme within e.surv.
• Perform gap analysis to determine initiatives and build out road maps to address identified gaps.
• Leading a multi discipline team encompassing management information, test and business intelligence exceptional organisational and people skills are essential.
• Day to day management of project tasks e.g. stand ups, team and external queries, sprint planning etc.
• Ensure efficient and timely delivery of programmes.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
• Create and refine delivery plans.
• Identify and co-ordinate required resources for program execution and delivery.
• Manage delivery backlog.
• Create manage and maintain project documentation
• Responsible for management of third-party contracts
  Knowledge and Expertise - (relating to specialist knowledge and expertise required to undertake the role).
