We’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for an Interim Head of Marketing to join Softability for a maternity leave cover starting in January 2025 and lasting one year. If you’re ready to take the reins in content marketing while supporting our brand’s evolution, this role could be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

As our Interim Head of Marketing, you’ll

  • Develop and implement our content strategy to resonate with our audience and strengthen our brand identity
  • Plan and create content that highlights our expertise and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with our sales and recruitment to ensure our marketing and communications align with our business needs
  • Guide and support Softabilitians in producing quality content that aligns with our standards and strategy
  • Oversee and execute the rollout of our new brand, ensuring a unified brand experience across all channels
  • Represent marketing on the leadership team and collaborate in building an even better Softability for all of us

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A strong background in B2B content marketing, with both strategic insight and hands-on as well as content distribution skills to ensure the created content has maximum impact
  • Skills in managing brand consistency and supporting brand rollout across all touchpoints
  • Familiarity with content analytics to measure and optimize performance
  • Excellent writing and editing skills to convey complex ideas in approachable, engaging ways
  • Solid project management skills to oversee various marketing actions, such as content calendar and brand activities
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholder
