  This senior assignment offers the opportunity to oversee complex international tax operations, drive strategic initiatives, and guide a team of senior tax professionals.

• Lead and develop a high-performing tax team.
• Oversee global tax compliance, tax reporting (IFRS), and internal controls (J-SOX).
• Drive strategic tax planning across direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and customs.
• Provide expert advice on M&A, restructurings, and international tax matters.
• Manage relationships with tax authorities, external auditors, and advisors.
• Monitor global tax law developments (e.g., Pillar 2, CbCR, e-invoicing) and ensure alignment with organisational policies.
