REQUIREMENTS

Job Description: Interim HR and Office Coordinator
Hybrid – Eindhoven (3x/week) | Immediate Start | ~6 Weeks (Possibly Extendable)
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HR & Office Coordinator to jump in while our current team member is on leave. This freelance/contract role is ideal for someone with broad HR and office operations experience, who enjoys working in a startup environment where everyone pitches in.You’ll help us keep things running smoothly — from HR administration and payroll support to snacks, events, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for new hires and leavers
  • Maintain and update our HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Manage leave tracking, entitlements, and employee data
  • Assist with payroll processing and liaise with our Dutch Accounting House
  • Handle pension administration and communications
  • Respond to employee questions and provide general HR support

Office & Culture Support

  • Office management: supplies, facilities, snack orders, etc.
  • Organize internal events, including beer bashes and celebrations
  • Ensure a great employee experience in our Eindhoven office (3x/week presence)
  • Jump in wherever needed — this is a startup and we all wear many hats!

Who You Are

  • Based in the Netherlands, with ability to be in Eindhoven 3 days/week
  • Available to start immediately for a ~6-week contract (with potential extension)
  • Solid experience in HR coordination, office/facilities, and payroll support
  • Comfortable navigating Dutch employment basics (pension, leave, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Dutch is a requirement
  • Proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
