The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and establishing the people-related processes and practices that support ‘right person, right time, right place’. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £300 - £375 and is based in the vibrant city of Manchester. Responsibilities:

As an Interim Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for designing and implementing people processes that align with our business strategy. Your ability to understand our strategic goals will allow you to build effective people plans that meet both our long-term and short-term needs. You will partner closely with site management teams to ensure these plans are delivered effectively. Your commitment to driving high performance will create a work environment that is safe, diverse, inclusive, and fulfilling. Your expertise in HR and employment law will provide invaluable support across a range of issues. Your contribution to our business strategy will help shape our future success.
Identify and establish the people-related processes and practices that support ‘right person, right time, right place’
Develop an understanding of the business strategy and build appropriate people plans to align with the long and short-term needs of the business
Partner with site management teams to deliver the people plan
Drive high performance at each level within the business represented by a safe, diverse, inclusive, and fulfilling work environment where individual wellbeing is valued
Provide support on a range of HR and employment law issues including disciplinaries, grievances appeals and other HR matters
Contribute to the development and delivery of the business strategy
Support with HR administration tasks as required
