In this role, you’ll lead and execute full-funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more—ensuring every ad connects with a broader, more inclusive audience. You’ll bring both strategic thinking and creative insight to help shape the brand’s digital presence.

REQUIREMENTS INTERIM PAID SOCIAL LEAD - COSMETICS & LIFESTYLE

The ideal candidate has:

• 2–3 years in paid social, ideally in an international setting;
• Proven experience in leading a team;
• Proven experience on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest (Smartly experience is a bonus);
• Strong grasp of both branding and performance approaches;
• Data-savvy with strong analytical and communication skills;
• Energetic, structured, proactive, and team-oriented with a learning mindset.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are to:

• Lead full‑funnel paid social campaigns across platforms and regions;
• Own performance-driven campaigns to boost online sales;
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize strategies;
• Partner with cross‑functional and creative teams;
