Responsibilities
  • Trusted advisor & sparring partner: You serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders and managers, providing guidance and support on all aspects of people management, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Go-to People Partner for Circulators: You act as the go-to trusted partner for employees seeking advice on different HR-related concerns, offering guidance on several topics such as career development, employee benefits, workplace issues, ensuring employees feel supported.
  • Lead key HR initiatives: work closely with employees, senior management and external stakeholders to develop HR programmes to support our business goals and promote employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: You welcome new Circulators on their onboarding day and conduct regular employee check-ins to ensure they are well-integrated and feel welcomed. You manage effectively the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition, gathering valuable feedback and maintaining positive relationships with departing employees.
  • Ensure compliant HR processes: collaborate with the people team to ensure all HR processes are kept up to date and compliant with current labour laws and regulations, as we continue to scale.
  • Champion Circula’s culture: continue to foster our Circula community through workplace culture initiatives where all employees feel valued, respected and supported.
