Tricuro is looking for a Registered Manager to lead Coastal Lodge, our short-term rehabilitation service. Coastal Lodge plays a crucial role in reducing hospital stays, supporting recovery, and enabling people to regain independence and live well at home.
This is a fast-paced, therapy-led service where effective client pathway planning is essential to deliver positive outcomes. As Registered Manager, you will provide dynamic, visible leadership, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the service delivers at the highest standards.

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking an experienced leader with:

  • NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
  • Previous experience as a CQC-registered manager.
  • Proven track record in leading rehabilitation, reablement, or similar fast-paced services.
  • Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, CQC Fundamental Standards, and reablement principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong partnerships.
  • Financial and operational management experience within a care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Hold CQC registration for the service, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Lead a skilled team to deliver personalised assessment, care planning, and reablement pathways.
  • Work with health partners, BCP Council, and other stakeholders to provide seamless, integrated support.
  • Champion the use of assistive technology to maximise independence.
  • Monitor performance data to drive service quality, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to deliver high-performing, cost-effective care.
  • Ensure robust risk assessments and safeguarding practices are embedded in service delivery.
