We're currently looking for an Interim RGM Analytics Manager (Freelance/Contractor) for our office in Maidenhead. What’s in it for you? Take on a high-impact interim assignment with immediate business visibility Apply your expertise to solve concrete commercial challenges across international markets Work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, FMCG-like environment A hands-on freelance role where your insights drive short-term decisions and actions What you’ll be doing Step into an interim role to support and accelerate ongoing RGM and pricing initiatives Deliver fast, actionable insights on market performance, pricing, and promotions Analyze where Karo is winning or losing vs. competitors and identify immediate opportunities Support short- to mid-term decision-making across price, promotions, mix, and pack architecture Build and update RGM dashboards and reports (Power BI) for business teams Partner with key markets to strengthen ongoing RGM plans and execution (1–2 year horizon) Provide practical, data-driven recommendations to support commercial teams in real time Identify quick wins and improvement areas across portfolio and markets Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure insights are actionable and relevant Contribute to ongoing analytics and data structuring work, ensuring continuity during the interim period Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management, pricing, commercial analytics, or category management Strong understanding of sales drivers, profitability, and market dynamics Background in FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail, or other fast-paced commercial environments (highly preferred) Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business actions Strong experience with Excel and Power BI (or similar BI tools) Experience working with market data and building insights for commercial teams Confident stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions and markets Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving, and evolving international environment Ability to work independently and deliver impact quickly in an interim setup Fluent in English A high-impact interim assignment where you can immediately contribute and add value The opportunity to work on business-critical projects with clear, tangible outcomes Exposure to a fast-growing, international company operating across multiple markets A collaborative and dynamic environment with engaged, senior stakeholders A chance to apply your expertise in a hands-on role within an entrepreneurial, growth-focused organization
