As our Scrum Master, you’ll be the driving force behind an optimally functioning team, ensuring continuous value delivery and improvement. You will:

• Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, team members, and stakeholders.
• Bring your expertise in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and SAFe to professionalize team practices.
• Identify and remove impediments that block progress.
• Support team growth, including recruitment and onboarding of new members.
• Coach and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
• Create psychological safety, where the team feels free to take risks and thrive.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement using data-driven insights (Velocity, Lead Time, DORA Metrics).
• Inspire, motivate, and connect team members to deliver sustainable results.
