We’re looking for a passionate Interim Scrum Master (Medior) who will help our DevOps team continuously improve, stay focused, and deliver value with purpose and predictability. You’ll enable the team to thrive, grow, and contribute directly to sustainable energy market solutions. You’ll be working in a small to medium-sized Agile Release Train (ART) and coordinating closely with other teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth collaboration across the organization. What You’ll Do Team Coaching & Events: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; coach on Agile principles, values, and methods; promote ownership and continuous improvement. Impediments & Focus: Identify and remove obstacles to maintain focus and ensure the team delivers effectively. Collaboration in the ART: Align with fellow Scrum Masters, synchronize dependencies, and contribute to consistent and predictable delivery. Stakeholder Alignment: Understand business needs, manage expectations, and ensure transparency between the team and stakeholders. Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to a culture of learning, working closely with the Product Owner, Developers, and Architects. What You Bring HBO+ working and thinking level (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent). 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/IT environments. Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies. Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus. Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification preferred. Experience in IT or DevOps environments. Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
