Interim Senior Human Resources Coordinator – Helston – £28-35k
Well Placed HR are delighted to have been engaged by a highly regarded and unique manufacturing business, who seek to recruit an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to join their people management function. The role is initially offered as a full-time, interim contract to cover a period of maternity leave but with strong potential to convert to a permanent contract. The role is based in Helston with the opportunity for some hybrid working for the right candidate.

This is a growing business which prides itself on its reputation for staff retention and development and the successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient running of the HR function. This will be a broad and interesting role covering many areas of HRM with key responsibilities to include:

  • Take ownership of the HR admin process across multiple departments
  • Assist the senior management team with strategic people management initiatives
  • Act as first point of contact for all employees and managers
  • Support the internal recruitment function with effective recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Oversee new starter information and employee onboarding programs
  • Support with employee relations to include resolutions, disciplinaries and grievances
  • Assist the finance team with Payroll input

For this role we seek an experienced HR Coordinator, ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 or equivalent and with recent exposure gained in a similar level role. This is a highly visible position that works across a range of company functions, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential. Working across the full employee lifecycle, the successful candidate will need to fit in with a fun and energetic team who are all very passionate about what they do.
