POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly capable and confident Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a part-time, interim basis. The successful candidate will play a dual role—leading recruitment efforts externally for Osborne’s clients and internally to help grow Osborne’s teams of Principals and Senior Advisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or HR role with a strong focus on executive-level recruitment
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment in both internal and client-facing settings
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and tools
  • Strong proficiency working with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, remotely, and with discretion
  • Experience in a professional services, consulting, or interim management environment is an asset
