Learn more at experianplc.com Job Description As a UX Designer on the Business Insights project, you will work closely with the Product Owner, developers, data specialists, and stakeholders across Northern Europe. You will step into an established product context, build on existing design foundations, and contribute hands-on across the end-to-end design process. The role is well suited for a UX Designer who is comfortable working as an individual contributor, with complex and data-driven products, and enjoys collaborating in cross-functional teams. You will report to the Chief Product Officer. Your responsibilities Take ownership of UX activities within the Business Insights product area. Contribute to and build upon existing user research, insights, and data analysis. Design and refine user journeys, wireframes, interaction concepts, and prototypes. Collaborate closely with the product owner, development teams and pilot customers to translate business and user needs into effective design solutions. Prepare and maintain design documentation and specifications to support efficient development. Plan and participate in usability testing, including synthesis of findings and recommendations. Follow up on implementation to ensure consistent, and user-friendly outcomes. Ensure continuity and agreement on Experian's design principles, standards, and tooling. Qualifications We are looking for a UX Designer who can quickly onboard into an existing setup and contribute value from an early stage.
