Salary Range:$16,000 To $16,000 Per season Phillips Academy seeks an Interim Head Coach for the varsity football program for Fall 2026.   Phillips Academy is a vibrant learning community of over 1150 students from around the United States and the world with outstanding academic, co-curricular and residential life programming. The Academy seeks a Head Football Coach to lead the program in all facets, from practice and game planning, player development in skill and strength domains, player recruitment and leadership of college recruitment for current players, leadership of a staff of coaches, among other responsibilities. The Head Coach is responsible for developing the skills, discipline, and character of student-athletes while supporting the goals and philosophy of the Andover football program as well as the mission of Phillips Academy. Preseason practices Time frame:  Post-Labor Day weekend (special preseason schedule), Monday.
