JOB DESCRIPTION

U.S. Aviation Services, a part of United Service Companies, has an immediate opening for a Supervisor of Aircraft Appearance Agents at the Lihue Airport.
The position will report to the local U.S. Aviation Station Manager of Airport Operations

Key Performance Measures may include but are not limited to:

• Airline safety knowledge of practicing “Safety First” always
• Shift/schedule understanding
• Operational flow knowledge (hourly/daily activity)
• Policy adherence (all regulatory and customer-issued)
• Safety Performance
• Cabin Clean or Audit Scores
• Equipment Maintenance
• On-time Performance
• Properly Maintained Facility/Equipment/Staff
• Shift Hours Management
• Great Customer Service Skills
