JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of interior and fit-out projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the interior and fit-out industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Manage and coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material inventory.
• Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization.
