REQUIREMENTS

· Degree in Architecture
· Minimum 5 years experience as an Architect & Interior Designer required.
· Excellent technical drawing skills.
· Strong communication and project management skills.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max, Lumion, Newforma, etc.
· Familiar and has good experience with shop drawings/architectural drawings submission in DM, DED and all related governmental entities with an extensive knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
· Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Strong creative and visualization skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Interior Design: 5 years (Required)

· Create and present innovative, client-aligned design concepts with aesthetic and functional balance.
· Optimize interior and exterior layouts for flow, comfort, and accessibility.
· Prepare detailed drawings and specs, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
· Choose high-quality, durable, and luxury materials suited to the design vision.
· Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure unified project execution.
· Manage timelines, budgets, and overall project flow from concept to completion.
· Incorporate local and regional architectural and cultural elements, especially in Middle Eastern projects.
· Apply eco-friendly practices and sustainable materials in design and construction.
· Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to deliver modern, forward-thinking solutions.
· Maintain regular client updates, feedback loops, and provide reports as needed.
