The Laurel Studio is an emerging, full-service interior design firm based in Doylestown, PA. Founded as a partner to Period Architecture, our primary market is high-end single family residential, with aspirations of working our way into the restaurant and boutique hospitality scene. As we build the foundation of the studio, we are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive problem solver to join our team as a Design Assistant.
The Opportunity
As the Design Assistant, you will directly contribute to ongoing projects and the documentation that drives them. Spanning all phases of a project’s journey, you will work alongside the project lead to prepare presentation materials, propose design solutions, and interface with our clients. This is a unique opportunity to have an active role in a new studio, building processes and relationships that will define our success and reputation.
