About The Role: We are seeking a well-rounded Interior Design Coordinator to join our Interior Design Studio in Dallas, TX. This person will support project teams from early phases of design through construction completion, take initiative on developing design options and supporting visuals, has a passion for client service, and can effectively navigate multiple projects simultaneously. What You'll Do: Collaborate on the development of design solutions and associated visualizations for client presentations. Develop presentation materials for, and actively participate in, stakeholder meetings. Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams including contractors, clients, consultants, architects, etc. Participate in the preparation of construction documents utilizing Revit. Select and curate finish palettes. Select and curate furniture specifications. Assist in the Contract Administration process including submittal responses, attending OAC meetings, and generating field reports. Draft project communications such as meeting minutes. Organize personal tasks and communicate with project leaders and studio director to balance work-load and meet deadlines. What You Bring: 3 -5+ years’ relevant commercial interior design experience. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university. Revit proficiency required. Visualization skills preferred. Exhibit clear ideas in design approach. Desire to mentor less senior staff at a project level. Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple project assignments. Basic knowledge of building systems, design thought leadership, lighting, finishes, furniture, wellness and sustainability strategies. Strong communication skills. Working knowledge of standard business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required. MS Project proficiency a plus What Sets You Apart: Ability to work across multiple market-sectors.
