Job Scope

• Produce detailed drawings and space planning using AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Create high-quality rendered 3D color perspectives and VR tours (training provided)
• Liaise with designers regarding interior design layouts, drawing standards, and details

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD / 3D Max & Vray / Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / SketchUp / Coohom Software
• Familiarity with Singapore residential project layouts
• Creative flair and keen eye for details
• Knowledge of additional design software is advantageous

Offer Details

• Salary range: $2,200 - $2,800 per month
• Work schedule: 5-day work week, 10 AM to 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
