About the Role We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Engineer or 3D Modeler to join Sunreef Yachts. This role is open to candidates with strong expertise in interior systems and furnishings or 3D modelling and technical drawings, ideally within a luxury or bespoke environment. The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a sharp eye for quality and precision. Experience in interior design, carpentry, or on-site outfitting will be considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities Design and develop 3D models and 2D technical execution drawings for interior furniture and accessories. Provide technical consultancy, including participation in design reviews in collaboration with cross-functional departments. Support and coordinate the assembly and installation of interior furniture on board. Contribute to continuous improvement of interior design solutions, materials, and execution methods. Manage individual tasks efficiently while contributing to team-based projects. Communicate clearly and professionally with engineering, production, and design teams. Requirements Proven experience using SolidWorks. Strong communication skills in spoken and written English. High level of organisation with the ability to work independently. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality. Ability to integrate interior design requirements with architectural and marine specifications. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Nice to Have Previous experience in the furniture or woodworking industry. Previous experience in marine or yacht interior outfitting. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
