Description
About us We are an architecture and design studio based in Barcelona, working from an integrated project perspective. We approach diverse typologies — residential, hospitality, cultural, and urban — understanding each commission as an opportunity to transform spaces with rigor, sensitivity, and technical excellence. Our work combines strategic thinking, contemporary design, and disciplined execution. We create interiors that are clear, solid, and distinctive, where materiality, detail, and spatial coherence play a central role. Each project is developed through a strategic and thoughtful lens, with close attention to how spaces are experienced and lived. We are growing — and we are looking for new talent to keep moving forward. Your mission We are looking for an Interior Design Lead with strong design sensibility and experience delivering high-end hospitality projects, particularly in the Middle East. The mission of this role is to lead the interior design scope across projects, ensuring excellence in concept, spatial design, FF&E, materiality and client communication. Present confidently to clients, high-end stakeholders and partners across the Middle East. Coordinate with architecture, engineering, cost consultants and specialist teams to ensure integration of interiors within the overall design. Prepare, review and edit drawings, technical packages, specifications and schedules. Guide junior designers, ensuring design quality, consistency and timelines. Manage client expectations and align deliverables with client protocols and standards. Ensure high design quality and accuracy throughout documentation and presentations. Support procurement and specification processes for FF&E and materials when required. Your profile You are an experienced design professional with judgement, ambition and a clear creative vision.
