Compass Project Consulting is seeking an Interior Design Manager to deliver design excellence on luxury residential and mixed-use developments in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review interior design from concept through to tender stage. Oversee consultants and ensure alignment with project vision, branding, and client expectations. Coordinate interior design with architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines. Ensure design deliverables are produced to the highest quality within budget and schedule.
Requirements
At least 15 years’ interior design experience with focus on residential and mixed-use projects. Prior PMC or consultancy exposure with leading developers. Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and international design standards. UAE project experience is essential.
