Are you passionate about high-end residential design and project execution? We’re looking for an Interior Design Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of interior design, construction coordination, and client communication.
In this role, you’ll oversee custom home projects from interior concept to completion, working closely with clients, trades, and our team to deliver refined interiors with precision and intention. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented interior designer with residential construction experience who enjoys both the creative and logistical sides of home building.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design (required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design and project management
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects and working independently
  • A collaborative mindset and appreciation for craftsmanship and architectural detail

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Lead interior design direction for custom residential projects, from initial concept through to final styling.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand vision, preferences, and lifestyle needs.
  • Develop design drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp.
  • Produce compelling 3D renderings to communicate design intent.
  • Source and specify finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and materials in line with project scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, trades, and consultants throughout all stages of the build.
  • Manage project timelines, procurement schedules, and design deliverables.
  • Review millwork shop drawings; experience in millwork design is an asset but not required.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with plans and quality standards.
