Job Summary:
The Design & Sales Consultant plays a key role in supporting high-end design clients by guiding them through the material selection process, offering tailored design insights, and delivering a white-glove sales experience from initial consultation to final order fulfillment. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for luxury materials and sophisticated design.

• Proactively generate new business by prospecting builders, architects, designers, contractors, and luxury homeowners
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to expand market presence
• Build strong, consultative relationships and act as a trusted resource for clients
• Conduct showroom tours, site visits, and design presentations to showcase our collections
• Manage the full sales cycle: identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure exceptional customer experience
