The Design and Selections Manager will provide a welcoming, exciting, and knowledgeable experience for clients. All selections will be tracked, and an addendum to the contract will be signed. The design center will be up to date with the most popular products and design trends.Compensation:

• Develop a rapport with clients to determine their needs and desires
• Guide clients through the finish selections process in the Design Center
• Accurately note all selections in our software
• Provide pricing for any requested upgrades within 2 business days
