Prep’n Sell and RENOmagic are seeking a talented Interior Designer with exceptional 3D rendering skills to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position ideal for a detail-oriented designer who can transform concepts into photorealistic visuals using their own advanced software and rendering tools.
You will work directly with our franchisees across Canada, supporting their renovation projects. Franchisees will provide photos and LiDAR-based 3D layouts for you to bring to life.

Responsibilities

• Create visual presentations that clearly communicate design concepts
• Produce 2D and 3D renderings for residential interior projects
• Develop detailed 2D/3D models and photorealistic renderings
• Present design ideas through floor plans, sketches, and digital tools
• Stay current on industry trends, finishes, and design technologies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with high-end residential design (an asset)
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings and working drawings
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Must supply own licensed software

Compensation

• $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
