We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Design/3D Visualizer to join our team. As an Interior Design/3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for designing and visualizing interior spaces using 2D and 3D design software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Visualization:
- Create 2D and 3D designs for interior spaces, including floor plans, elevations, and cross-sections
- Develop and implement design concepts, including color schemes, material palettes, and furniture layouts
- Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent
2. 3D Modeling and Rendering:
- Create detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)
- Set up and render 3D scenes, including lighting, textures, and materials
- Post-process and edit rendered images to enhance visual quality
3. Design Development:
- Collaborate with designers and architects to develop and refine design concepts
- Conduct research and gather reference materials to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain a library of 3D models, textures, and materials
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate design concepts and visualizations to clients, designers, and architects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and visualizers
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2. Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in interior design and 3D visualization
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization (e.g., V-Ray, Blender)
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
