JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Interior Designer with strong experience working with principal consultants, architects, and designers. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in conceptual design, material selection, and interior detailing using advanced design tools.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master’s or Certification in Interior Design & Décor programs is a must
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience with principal consultants/architects/designers in construction
• Proficiency in CAD Drafting, BIM Modelling, and interior design software
• Strong knowledge of design trends, materials, finishes, and production techniques

• Prepare conceptual interior designs, mood boards, 3D visuals, and detailed interior design specifications.
• Develop detailed ID layouts, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and material schedules in accordance with project standards.
• Coordinate for design finalization, material selections, and sample board preparations for client approvals.
• Create CAD drawings, BIM models, and visual presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, or other ID software.
• Review and approve shop drawings from contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and ensure timely clarification of design queries on-site or during production.
