We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with proven expertise in Dubai’s real estate development sector. The ideal candidate will manage the full design execution process—from concept to handover—demonstrating deep technical expertise in material selection, vendor coordination, and BOQ preparation. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding interior design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of interior design experience within the UAE, including at least 1–2 full-cycle high-rise projects delivered.
• Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, procurement workflows, and vendor engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and technical details.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate development projects and authority approval processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional certification or membership in recognized design associations.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

• Develop and present design concepts, layouts, and mood boards for client and internal approval.
• Provide technical drawings, specifications, and finish schedules.
• Manage design-related documentation and procurement workflows in collaboration with project teams.
• Oversee on-site inspections to ensure design execution matches approved concepts.
