JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and coordinate interior spaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, proficiency in design software, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of space planning, color theory, and design principles.

• Consult with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budgets.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor to suit the design theme and budget.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD or design software.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy.
• Manage project timelines and monitor work progress on-site.
• Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and accessibility standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
