JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer / Architect to join our team. Whether you are a fresher with creative potential or an experienced professional, we welcome candidates who are passionate about design and eager to contribute to diverse projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other designer tools.
• Must have UAE residential visa.
• Strong creativity , communication , and organization skills.

• Create space plans,layout, and 2D/3D visualization using design software.
• Assist in creating and compiling the Bill of Quantities ( BOQ) for design packages.
• Creating conceptual sketches ,renderings and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients.
• Product set of plans and joinery Drawings for fit-out quotation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members during project phases.
• Ensure that all works meets the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
