Renowned for our authentic and stylish designs, Bungalow Interiors works closely with clients to define project goals and develop cost-effective solutions that cater to both current and future needs. With a strong focus on budget, design, and execution, we guide our clients through the design process, creating tailored interiors that truly reflect their personal style and identity.
We are looking for a permanent full-time Interior Designer to join our team. Our business is at FS08 10-12, Lae Drive, Runaway Bay QLD 4216. Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with clients, stakeholders, users, and expert consultants to define project goals, limitations, and requirements for interior design projects.
  • Conducts in-depth research and assesses the spatial, functional, economic, ergonomic, comfort, safety, environmental, inclusive, and aesthetic needs of interior spaces.
  • Develops design solutions that maximize the effective use and enjoyment of space by its users.
  • Creates engaging presentations, renderings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • Utilizes CAD software and other design tools to present clear, realistic visual representations of proposed interior layouts to clients and collaborators.
  • Selects appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and decorative elements that align with the design vision and improve both functionality and aesthetic value.
  • Drafts and documents detailed specifications for new interior construction, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Works closely with architects, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the design is executed accurately, on time, and within budget, meeting all project specifications.
