QUALIFICATIONS / ATTRIBUTES:

• Qualification in Interior Design or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to listen attentively and convey complex information effectively
• Able to meticulously assess our customers’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable options
• Effectively manage time, appointments, and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
• Capability of envisioning and proposing innovative colour schemes that enhance our customers’ homes

• Completing Colour Selection Appointments: Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand their preferences, offer expert advice on colour combinations and products. And assist them in finalising choices to meet their requirements.
• Studio Tours: Lead tours for customers to demonstrate our product offerings, highlighting various colour options and explaining their features and benefits to assist them in preparation for their final selection appointment.
• Administrative Tasks: Competing accurate colour schedules for each appointment conducted in line with our processes and co-ordinating with other departments to maintain any further updates required to colour selection documentation.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire selection process.
