Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualising and implementing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect our commitment to world-class standards. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, budget, and functional requirements for the space. Develop initial design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and detailed 3D models to present to stakeholders. Create comprehensive design plans, including space planning, layout, and utilisation of furnishings and equipment. Select and specify materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting, ensuring they align with the project's vision and budget. Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, and specifications for contractors and suppliers. Manage project timelines and coordinate with all parties, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure the timely and successful execution of the design. Conduct site visits to ensure the project is progressing according to the design plan and to resolve any issues that may arise. Stay current with the latest industry trends, materials, and building regulations. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven professional experience as an Interior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar applications. Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong eye for detail, colour, and materials. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. A thorough understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently.
