What You’ll Do
Design interior concepts for all new Calo retail locations and pop-ups
Own the end-to-end design process: concept → execution
Create mood boards, layouts, material palettes, sketches, and 3D renders
Translate Calo’s brand identity into physical space
Lead fit-out coordination with contractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company guidelines
Manage timelines, budgets, and material sourcing
Present concepts clearly to internal stakeholders for alignment and approvals
Act as the guardian of Calo’s physical brand expression
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in retail / hospitality interior design
Strong experience in fit-out and contractor supervision
Proven ability to manage projects independently
Experience working with F&B, cafes, or hospitality brands (strong plus)
Confident dealing with external vendors, contractors, and clients
Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite or similar tools
Strong understanding of:
Spatial planning
Lighting design
Material selection
Brand merchandising
