This role: Shapes customer emotion and memory Owns how Calo feels in physical space Ensures brand consistency across markets Translates strategy into real-world experience If you believe design is a business tool, not decoration, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Design interior concepts for all new Calo retail locations and pop-ups Own the end-to-end design process: concept → execution Create mood boards, layouts, material palettes, sketches, and 3D renders Translate Calo’s brand identity into physical space Lead fit-out coordination with contractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company guidelines Manage timelines, budgets, and material sourcing Present concepts clearly to internal stakeholders for alignment and approvals Act as the guardian of Calo’s physical brand expression What We’re Looking For 5–8 years of experience in retail / hospitality interior design Strong experience in fit-out and contractor supervision Proven ability to manage projects independently Experience working with F&B, cafes, or hospitality brands (strong plus) Confident dealing with external vendors, contractors, and clients Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite or similar tools Strong understanding of: Spatial planning Lighting design Material selection Brand merchandising Who You Are A creative thinker with strong commercial awareness Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable owning projects end-to-end Collaborative and clear in communication Passionate about customer experience Someone who designs with emotion, function, and brand in mind Team Reporting to: Regional Projects & Engineering Manager Works closely with: Retail, Operations, Growth, Brand, Contractors The Hiring Journey Screening meeting with our TA team Technical interview Case Study Culture-fit interview Offer stage Ready to Join?
