We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior/Architectural Designer to join a Private Family Office on two exciting and unique residential projects. The successful candidate will take the lead in designing and planning the transformation of two exceptional properties:

• A stylish London mews house requiring a modern, elegant, and functional design scheme.
• A historic French chateau plus estate, where sensitivity to traditional architecture will be key, alongside creative and practical space planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in high-end residential interior or architectural design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both contemporary and traditional design work.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations; familiarity with French planning processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Fluent in English; French language skills advantageous.

• Lead and manage the design process and space planning for both properties.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and materials palettes.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other consultants.
• Oversee planning and regulatory requirements as needed, especially for the French property.
• Source and specify FF&E and architectural materials.
• Coordinate procurement and manage timelines to ensure smooth project delivery.
