CHO associates is looking for a Interior Designer to be based in Singapore, who will work with a team of project managers, interior designers, and contractors in the design and delivery of medium to large scale workplace transformation projects.

The successful Interior Designer will be involved in all project stages from concept development to design documentation, through to construction administration. Specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Prepare, deliver and win design presentation opportunities for new medium sized projects on a consistent basis
• To develop client solutions and solve complex problems
• Brainstorm with in-house strategic planners to consider new solutions that address cultural opportunities in each project and redefine our understanding of every day paradigms
• Interface consistently and proactively with clients to ensure a smooth project delivery from inception to closure
• Establish and maintain a high level of trust between the project team, client and other project stakeholders
• Supervises the work and progress of Design team drawings, studies, specifications and other project tasks on multiple projects
• Enhances teamwork and skill-building
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to share design and construction expertise in order to create inventive, well-crafted environments
