Custom Home Staging and Design is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Designer to join our growing team. We specialize in transforming new construction and resale homes into beautifully designed environments that highlight their full potential. QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to lead staging and design projects from concept to completion
• Strong proficiency in space planning and design principles to create cohesive, functional, and visually appealing interiors
• Ability to select furnishings, finishes, and accessories to fit the project vision
• Leadership skills needed to oversee installation and styling of staged homes
• Expertise in floor planning software, and an understanding of reading blue prints and creating floor plans.
• Proficient in using Canva or Adobe Photoshop to create digital presentations for clients.
• Provide guidance and direction to design assistants and staging team members
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced environment
