The ideal candidate will have an interior & exterior designing experience, mainly creating Architectural Layouts, and Concept Designs using design software like AutoCAD, 3D Max, ect.. as well as site supervision experience (Fit-Out experience).
The ideal candidate will also exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, as well as having the ability to take initiative and prioritize client’s interests. Site supervision experience is mandatory for the applying candidate.

Responsibilities

• Meeting, handling, and understanding client’s requirements.
• Preparation of Conceptual Drawings.
• Preparation of Master Planning.
• Preparation of the Architectural layouts, Exterior, and Interior designs & drawings.
• Preparing presentations and presenting to clients.
• Preparing Detailed architectural drawings post client’s approval.
• Coordinating with the engineering consultant and construction contractor for project’s construction.
• Site supervision during project’s construction.
• Liaising with the consultant till project’s completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Candidate must be based in Dubai or nearby Emirates.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Great work ethics.
• Strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D Max and design related programs.
• Site supervision experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
