Position:_ Interior Designer for Commercial Project_
We are looking for someone who is independent and self-motivated to fill the position
of interior designer.
Responsibilities:
 Able to do Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour
Scheme Specifications to clients
 Consider materials, effects and costs, liaise with clients, contractors and
vendors to complete projects effectively.
 Tracks and coordinates project progress from inception to completion
Requirements:
 Certification/Diploma in Interior Design
 Must able to work independently
 At least 5 years experience in commercial interior renovation
 Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with both English and
Chinese speaking associates
 Knowledge of Interior Design Software - Google Sketch-up
 Possess portfolio of educational institution spaces related design works
