JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that align with client preferences and project requirements. Work closely with clients, architects, and the production team to develop creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts based on client needs, brand identity, and space functionality.
• Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards to present design proposals.
• Select appropriate materials, furniture, finishes, and color schemes for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and execution.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of joinery and furniture elements.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, ensuring design alignment and quality control.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and innovations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Provide after-project support and adjustments as needed to meet client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a furniture or joinery industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience and a valid driving license are a plus.
